The whole Sunflower seeds with hull intact. Black or black with grey stripe sunflowers with a sprouting rate of 80% or higher. USES: Sprouting. When sprouted, the nutritional content of the seed increase four-fold. Uses: Combine with other sprouts to make a sprout salad mix.
